The person’s motivation is affected by his demographic factors. This study focuses on the impact of demographic factors such as parental sector (students’ parents’ job sector such as private, public or self-employed) and family income status on the entrepreneurial intention of management students of Nagpur University in Maharashtra state. The survey sample includes 200 students from different reputed management colleges of Nagpur University. Two way ANOVA was conducted to the data. It was found that parental sector and family income status had a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention.
