Abstract

"Online shopping" is the act of purchasing products and services online through vendors who operate websites. Since the World Wide Web emerged, merchants have attempted to reach Internet users with their products. By using a computer, consumers can access web businesses from the comfort of their homes and shop online. With just a few clicks, a person can purchase the items of their choice. It is now important to comprehend how people perceive online shopping.
