Abstract

This research is aimed to study and analyze the adoption of Digital Banking services by senior citizens in Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR). Primary research has been collected through interviews with Bank employees and surveys conducted amongst residents and bank customers in various localities in Delhi NCR. Statistical tests such as Chi-Square, T-Test and Cronbach’s Alpha were carried out and it was found that factors such as age, income level and level of education strongly influence the use and perception of Digital Banking by senior citizens.
