Abstract
Most of the people thinks now a day that their life is getting harsher by every passing day. The professionals are facing this problem which is known as occupational stress with every project and part of that, as they are expected to outperform with excellence with every passing moment. The professionals are enforced to work with less resources and to perform more upon constricted deadlines and with high competence level. They find themselves entangled with competitive environmentat workplace or at work from home facility too.
