Abstract

ABSTRACT Now a day’s customer retention is very challenging for every industry and it has become very tough when you have few selected products or service line available in your catalogue. So most of the companies are trying to retain their customers through various means and co-creation is one of them. It is an inclusive, encompassing collaborative, co-operative, concurrent, human-centered, participatory, socio-technical and community design among company and customers.
