Abstract
Commonly a bank is a financial institution which deals with deposits and advances and other related services. It receives money from those who want to save in the form of deposits and it lends money to those who need it. This research paper is helpful for banks and other financial institutes who are provide loan facility to needy someone else. By this research paper they underline some important factors which are helpful for make new customer. Paper is prepare by using purposive sample collected through survey as well as interview methods direct to respondents.
