Abstract

Consumer issues about security and privacy still be a dominant roadblock to e-commerce expansion. Consumers' risk perceptions are heightened as a result of these worries. As a result, knowing the implications of privacy and security issues, as well as their connection to risk perceptions, can aid in the development of a viable solution.
