Human rights are moral principles or norms, which describe certain standards of human behaviour, and are regularly protected as legal rights in municipal and international law. The doctrine of human rights has been highly influential within international law, global and regional institutions. Economic globalization is the increasing economic integration and interdependence of national, regional, and local economies across the world through an intensification of cross-border movement of goods, services, technologies and capital. The information on human rights is thus disseminated throughout the whole world, passing also over the political systems of the states, impeding the governments’ tendencies to present in different light the possible violations of the rights they are charged with information allows immediate action of NGOs or even the intervention of other states to protect the rights.
